It was very easy to file the claim using the App. Every disbursement was explained and understood. I was notified of a delay due to high volume of claims but it was fine with me, very nice to get the notification and knowing it was being worked on.

Once you’ve submitted your dog’s medical history and they have all your files, claims are easy and fast. Not having the files complete can hold things up, but the last two claims I’ve submitted resulted in both claims being approved within two days and checks received a few days after. THAT is amazing!

Very helpful personal on phone

Our dog, Weezie is part of our family so when she was gravely ill in June, we were terribly worried. She required a lot of veterinary care to be back to good health. Having ASPCA insurance gave us peace of mind knowing we could get her what she needed. The representatives are always friendly and helpful. The claims process through the app could not have been smoother, and our reimbursement came quite quickly. Thank you!

Great service and benefits. My animals are like my children, and I'm so greatful I purchased policies for them years ago. They have had many serious health issues and "accidents" and you all came through for us. Chloe now has her second cancer and because of her coverage, she is comfortable and doing well. I see too many people have to let their "furrbabies" go because they could not afford emergency and/or serious treatment to save them. Many thanks to you all.

We noticed a strange lump on Lucy (our chocolate lab) and our vet checked it during Lucy's teeth cleaning. Our vet suspected it most likely wasn't cancer, but couldn't definitively say either way without testing. I called customer service and was leaning towards NOT sending it to pathology. A representative talked me through what would most likely be covered by insurance and her kind words helped me decide to test Lucy. It turned out Lucy's lump was cancerous, she had surgery and we're waiting to see if the surgery got all the cancerous cells but I can't thank you enough, you most likely saved her life AND on top of it, insurance covered most of her surgery. We're grateful for many reasons :)
