BEST INSURANCE I HAVE
I wish all insurance (human health, life, auto, home insurance) companies were as easy to work with as Trupanion. I have had dogs all my life but finally smartened up and made the extra investment of adding pet insurance to the cost of having a pet. It has been the best decision I have ever made for me and for my pet. The peace of mind of having insurance plus the ease of working with Trupanion has been remarkable. I wish my own health insurance was as reliable.

Didn't believe pet insurance could be this good!
I have had pets (cats) for 30 years and never had pet insurance, until we got our dog, Bailey - her inquisitive nature resulted in frequent visits to the ER. My company offered Nationwide Pet insurance as a benefit. I signed up and have been delighted - very easy to sign up, very easy to file a claim, and as the plan stated, I received my repayment checks quickly, without question. I am truly delighted. The repayments have already paid for my first year of premiums! This could not be any better.

Poor/slow customer service with everyone saying different things
Very disappointed in the customer service. Took months to take care of something that should have been easy. Will no longer refer.

I was very concerned because Prine seemed to be getting worse, shaking, not eating. I also had 2 diagnoses which was a concern. He seemed to rebound much better 1 year ago when this happened. All your vets are very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.
