Great customer service
Lemonade has the best customer service and they pay your claim super fast. The best pet insurance company I have ever had for my pet. My previous pet insurance company never provided this level of great service.

I have been overall very pleased with ASPCA for my Ollie.
I am very pleased with this insurance overall. The only remotely negative thing I could even say is that sometimes claim turnaround isn't very prompt, but overall, they do a very good job!
