Fast, and easy!!

I love Trupanion! You have helped my dog who has IBD and needs daily medication and supplements so much. Because I have Trupanion, instead of working a second job to pay for her meds, I can be with her instead. That's truly priceless!

Lisa was great, related very well to my experiences and was very knowledgeable about the coverage. I had questions about what might be covered, and under what circumstances. She also immediately sent me a form to help me with getting pre-approval. The form is very simple, and easy for me to complete.

I have had only very positive experiences with the service at Trupanion. My questions are always answered thoroughly, and I don't feel rushed to finish my call. It provides a sense of relief, as navigating the costs of healthcare for my aging heart-wrapped-in-fur is not an easy task!

We've never had pet insurance before. However, when we brought Gus home as a puppy, we thought insurance might be a good idea for a purebred dog and a breed susceptible to some genetic disorders. We went several years using only the wellness benefit, which is awesome! Then, last summer, Gus injured his leg and tore a tendon and CCL in one of his hind legs. He needed a costly orthopedic repair. Having pet insurance allowed us to make the best decision for our family member without cost being a determining factor. I've been really impressed with how quickly Embrace has processed our claims. Now our little fella is well on his way regaining normal use of his leg.

There were SO MANY choices for pet insurance. We are very happy with ASPCA so far. They have processed our claims fairly and as we expected, and using direct deposit get our reimbursement very quickly. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to all pet owners.

Our Ruby came to us at 3 1/2 she is a rescue from breeding for a puppy mill. She will be 12 this month. We had two claims and they were processed and paid expediently. We are on limited, fixed income and find that ASPCA offers the highest level and best coverage for our dog. The rate increases are appropriate to her health/age and are not oppressive to our finances. Their concern about Ruby has been consistent and genuine. The policy is clear and easily understood. I have had embrace coverage on my dog from approx. age 3. He is now 8 years old. He has never had any issues in the past and I had never submitted a claim for him. This year he had a lump that ended up being a cancerous mast cell tumor. I submitted a claim, and it took about 4 weeks from the day I submitted it until I got the check in the mail. I received a healthy pet discount on my deductible and they paid the arranged 80% after my deductible was met. I was very happy with the service and was glad that I had insurance to help cover the large diagnostic and surgical bill.

Have had insurance for two years. Had a claim when just a little pup. Was handled well. We enjoy the peace of mind of having financial protection against major pet bills. Great product at a reasonable price.
