Quick and easy transaction

The Customer Service Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me signed up. The main reason I signed up with TruPanion is the fact they have no annual deductibles.

I have always had my questions answered when I call by a pleasant person.

Soon as the vet puts in a claim, I have an email within a couple hours about the claim. Very satisfied with the service.

The claims process was so easy, which was big because unfortunately our dog passed away and the last thing I wanted to do was have to hassle with it. It was a large claim and was settled and paid within a couple days.

Recently our 14 year old puggle Ginger suddenly got sick and was not herself. I took her to the emergency vet at the vet school here. She had an obstructed gallbladder because of trupanion we were able to have all the options on the table do what was best for her. Had we not had trupanion we would not have had that piece of mind. In the end after consultation with our vet we decided not to put her through a surgery. We were able to bring her home in stable condition spend the last day with her before she went over the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you trupanion for giving us that.

Because Katie helped me understand more specific details of my contract concerning my dog, Berlyn. She is going in for dental cleaning and I had questions about what would be covered. She explained my contract but said she would send forms should I need them to submit post surgery.
