Embrace are always so personable and efficient. I've only ever needed (thankfully)to go through them for Wellness claims and have always found reimbursement extremely prompt. Many thanks to all at Embrace!

Simply awesome!!

We could not be happier....this was our second claim we had to file for our Rottweiler, Morgan. Unfortunately, she had bilateral tears and had her first surgery in Nov. & her second in March. Having no prior experience with Pet Insurance we were not sure how everything would work, but ultimately we're hoping never to have to use it. Embrace made everything so easy, when you would call, you get to speak with a person & reimbursement is 2-3 weeks after everything approved. Thank you Embrace for being there for us and Morgan!!!

Best Insurance To Work With

I haven't had to use my pet insurance much until this year, but the customer service at Embrace has impressed me greatly. Claims are processed quickly, the representatives know their products and are sympathetic to worried pet owners.

Very helpful!!

I love embrace! My 9 year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel has a torn acl and a heart murmur and they help me with all of it! Right down to his laser therapy for his leg. Because of them I am able to afford making the rest if Charlie's years more comfortable. ♥️

don't do it

I have had two of my cats enrolled for about 3 years, and then I added my new kitten and dog a year later. I've never had to lean on them until this year when my kitten became suddenly severely ill- diagnosed with flutd and then getting two urinary obstruction within a week of each other, requiring hospitalization both times. we racked up a $2,000 bill but I made the decision to treat him because he was young, healthy otherwise, and because I had pet insurance who I thought I could depend on during this stressful time in my life. after his second blockage he required a surgery that redirects his urethra so that he never is at risk of a blockage again. something you'd think an insurance company would prefer because then they won't have to reimburse for another hospitalization should he obstruct again. unfortunately, I'm still editing to be reimbursed from the first hospitalization and it's been over a month. I just got a letter stating that they require another 30 days to process my claim. why? I submitted all of the necessary invoices, letters from the vet, and his full medical history, showing that he's never had so much as a cough since kitten hood. so, I'm $6,000 in the hole, my payments for his care are due, and I've been left high and dry by the company I thought I could rely on when it mattered. Guess I just gave you all of this premium money for free, eh? I've cancelled all of my other animals policies and decided to put the monthly premium into a savings account in case of emergency... after I make the payments toward his unpaid bills, of course. you just can't rely on anyone else but yourself these days. I'm so upset at the money I wasted and the lack of compassion or support when I call.

Great service!

Great customer service is critical to me and I've experienced only that with Embrace. I've had a number of claims lately for our dog and all have been processed in a timely manner with accuracy. I've had pets my entire life but this is the first time I've taken out a health insurance policy for one, as I've always heard you get pushback on paying out claims and nothing is covered, etc. I couldn't find that further from the truth with my experience with Embrace! Keep it up!

Excellent Service, User Friendly, Timely!

ASPCA has been great for our English Bulldog. We saw a flyer at the vet when we first got him and thought it just made sense to have peace of mind in case we ever needed it. The website is very easy to use, it guides you through the claim process step by step. The customer service over the phone is one of the best I have ever encountered, very friendly! My claims have always been processed quickly and they offer direct deposit, which is extremely convenient. The premiums and deductibles are very affordable, and very worth it if you end up needing the coverage. They offer something for everybody, which I think is nice too. Our English Bulldog has had a couple of pneumonia episodes and this insurance has come in handy with a couple of hospital stays and trips to the not-so-wallet-friendly emergency vet. I love ASPCA and would recommend their coverage to anyone with a pet.

Embrace takes excellent care of our family!!

Embrace makes the insurance process very simple & easy to understand when going through issues with our furry family members. I would & have recommended this company to others. When we first got pet insurance, would have been the happiest pet parents if we never had to use it, however they help make big health decisions easier. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Great value and service

As usual service was fast and efficient and the girls took very good care of my puppies claims I would highly recommend this insurance to protect your dogs in the event of an emergency
