Non payment of Diagnostic exams
10 for ease of submitting claims 0 for non payment of diagnostic exams. These are not WELLNESS exams, but exams done at time of emergency to guide course of treatment. You need to change your policy!

Great company.
Great company. SUper helpful. Can't quite give a ten though just because it is so expensive. I don't mind though...helps care for my pets with peace of mind

Easy and stress free!
Super easy!!! As I was sitting in the parking lot at the Vet ER I filed my claim. It was so easy!! Also, took a lot of the worry away knowing I had Trupanion!! I heard back from Trupanion within 24 hours of my claim! I was notified each step of the way and I think less than a week later was already reimbursed and the money deposited into my account!
