Awful
I have paid this insurance for 4 years. Just made a claim and now it appears nothing is covered. Special need from our Vet but this company doesn't want to pay anything. I am done paying this monthly high cost for nothing.

getting reimbursed
I have to say the fact that I can submit by email and get electronic payment in almost a week is a MAJOR improvement from what it use to be. Sadie needed surgery that we just couldn't afford. With getting the reimbursement for almost all of it was a life saver.

Your benefits are lousy
Of a $9400+ claim with a major medical policy you've paid about $2400. And the premium has gone up to $195 from $132. So, in a year you will get back what you awarded me in the claim
