I have been touting Trupanion wherever I go. Not only do they stay right on top of everything during the claim process, everybody expresses heartfelt concern for my pet. Jeremiah, a 6 yo Saint was diagnosed with bone cancer which required amputation of left hind leg and chemotherapy which he is now receiving. Because I had good insurance, I never had to worry about the high costs of treatment which I otherwise could not have afforded.

I found the process of getting an estimate online to enrolling online and having my pet insurance premium directly deducted from my paycheck an easy and straight forward process. Calling Customer Service for support is quick and they always follow-up with an email. Submission of my claim was also easy to do online as well as subsequent communications via email to inform me of the status of my claim. My claim was originally denied because it appeared to be a pre-existing condition, however based upon re-review and a note from my vet the claim was accepted and paid pretty quickly. I highly recommend Nationwide pet insurance.
