Absolutely the worst company imagineable
This company is so bad it's just a scam. I have 17 animals insured through them. In a year they have paid ONE claim and then they sent a letter requesting the money back, saying they made a mistake.
Heading to my state insurance commission to file a complaint about this terrible company.

So glad I had this!!
I started this insurance in February, in April my dog tore his ACL and needed surgery. He was on a regular walk, on leash and went after a squirrel. The surgery total was $4100. it took a few weeks back and forth with my vet over paperwork which was a little aggravating, but once approved I got back $3100.00!! They even asked how I wanted the refund I chose Zelle and it was in my account in 5 minutes. I am now sharing this with my friends and family spreading the word how dog insurance is sooooo worth it!!! Thank you, MetLife.

When my dog got injured and I was faced with a big bill I was so grateful that I had MetLife insurance behind me to help give me peace of mind that whatever my baby needed could be taken care of!

Filing my claim online is usually pretty tough on me as I’m relatively computer illiterate, but Met Life made it easier. Even late they were extremely helpful..

Trupanion is great!
The Service is good, I was hoping to get back a little more than what I did dough. As everybody would most probably say. Lol. But yea I would recommend Trupanion.
