I had questions regarding auto pay and I made payments to account through my online bank system.
I had questions regarding auto pay and I made payments to account through my online bank system. I was referred to my bank to see where payments were sent. I have been ill and unable to get out to bank as of yet. hopefully I can get there in next few days.

Most of your agents handle situations well. My only suggestion is that your agents need to listen more closely so that the client does not have to repeat things.

Excellent Service
My dog Oliver needed knee surgery very shortly after signing up with ASPCA. The surgery was quite expensive and was not needed to correct a life threatening condition, but ASPCA covered it and was very helpful with answering questions, always available over the phone, and processed the reimbursement quickly. In addition, they showed interest in my dog's condition after the surgery, and will even cover physical therapy for him!

It has been over 2 weeks since I have submitted my claim, and it has not even been looked at.
It has been over 2 weeks since I have submitted my claim, and it has not even been looked at. This is not a first claim. It is a claim for additional treatment on a prior condition that has already been allowed by Trupanion. I am not happy with the claim resolution time.

Your reimbursement time has really become too long.
Your reimbursement time has really become too long. You used to reimburse within a week. I currently have a claim I submitted on April 13 (follow up to a previously paid incident) and still no reimbursement. A fast turn around time is really important because when accidents happen, we can be faced with extensive vet bills that are not in the monthly budget and most vets want payment at time of service. I have put off paying monthly bills to pay the vet bill so waiting a month for reimbursement is stressful. Please hire more people or do whatever you need to do to be as efficient as you were when I obtained my first policy (2012)!
