Set Fees Too Low
The fees for different medical problems are too low for what vets charge. Additionally, there are many medical conditions Nationwide doesn't cover, which are not listed on their Website. You have to wait until you get your policy along with the printed list of conditions not covered.

Great Insurance Company
Choosing Nationwide Pet Insurance was one of the best things I've done since adopting my cat. He's had a couple of health problems and having insurance to help with the cost has taken some of the burden off. Nationwide is great. You guys are prompt and effective. The couple of times I've had to call, I had great customer service. I had an issue earlier this year and had to speak with a supervisor. She was able to get my claim resolved and even called me back when she said she would. I recommend Nationwide to all my friends with pets.

Extremely pleased with this service
I am so satisfied with Trupanion. My kitty is only 2 years and unexpectedly got sick! I take great care of him considering I work at an animal hospital. A lot of people think they won’t need pet insurance but honestly you never really know when something can happen to your pet. It’s better to be safe than sorry and insure your pet gets the best help they can get.

I am extremely pleased
Am I so extremely pleased and I can not thank Trupanion enough. Without having trupanion, it would have been so hard to treat my kitty. It was like taking a major weight of my shoulders. I recommend trupanion to almost everyone because you never know when something can happen

Best insurance!
I wish I had this pet insurance earlier. It is so much easier taking my dog to the vet knowing I will almost completely covered. Great service and great coverage.

Pet Insurance Company that actually does what they say
We were skeptical on pet insurance and decided to move forward. Overall we have been extremely pleased and absolutely recommend. The only item which I wish could be improved is the time it takes to be reimbursed. On average it has been 3-4 weeks. It would be great to see it in 2-3 weeks.

Trupanion is a life saver
I can't say enough good things....Trupanion has been there for my little guy...no muss no fuss...just reviewed medical records...payment to me in less than a week after I faxed them a copy of the Vet bill.....and they always thank me for taking care of my fur babys health....I have had them for 3 years and also have my cat insured with them...I feel secure knowing if anything happens, god forbid, Trupanion is there to enable me to provide the care that will be needed. I tell everyone about my experience and I recommend them to everyone who has a beloved pet.
