Hi, I would suggest explaining in more detail on the claims statement regarding what parts were denied and what parts (and the amount) being reimbursed to the customer. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the claims process.

My mother recommended pet insurance to me while I was waiting for my pup to come home. She has Healthy Paws, but encouraged me to do my own research. I did. I settled on a final three, and ultimately chose Healthy Paws. My pup came home, and is and was the sweetest boy, but seems to now be plagued with health issues. He turned one in January, and first on the books is double knee surgery. He had one of two done, three and a half weeks ago. My claims have been processed and approved as of four days ago. This includes a couple day delay, but was due to me not providing all needed information from his doctors. The customer service representative that I dealt with during the process was considerate and friendly. I could not be more grateful that I chose Healthy Paws. And this is a truthful review, from an actual customer, with nothing to gain by this review other than hopefully help another pet parent. I absolutely, 100% recommend Healthy Paws!

The insurance is a major help to pay off the actual vet bill. This was great for Chloe's much need dental cleaning.

I have Embrace Pet Insurance for my 9 year old Miniature Pincher, Gracie. She recently had to have surgery for a malignant mass in her leg. Embrace was fast, efficient, and helpful in fulfilling my claim for the expenses. They were also very caring and sympathetic to my plight and always inquired as to how Gracie was doing with her recovery. I would recommend Embrace to anyone who has a pet they love because it give me great peace of mind to know I have a reliable, personable company to help me give Gracie the best medical care possible.

We adopted two puppies and got insurance on them immediately, A month after having them home, our boy broke his elbow. Petsbest has reimbursed all of our claims in just days. It would have cost us $4200 so far since he had a screw put in, but we only had to cover $200 plus 10% co-ins. I cannot stress how important it is for everyone to get pet insurance. You never want be unable to treat your loved one because you can't afford it and that goes for our furry loved ones too. Their premiums are some of the lowest. I checked for a few weeks before I chose Petsbest and after already submitting claims, I am so happy I did.
