Hello! You asked in an email how Bear was doing after his visit to the vet...both Buddy and Bear had their 1 year check-up, plus updating needed shots. We wouldn't use any other insurance company than Nationwide for our two boys! Customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Also reliable and caring!! Thank you for the wonderful protection for our boys!

Nationwide was very helpful after my dog got hurt. They care about pets and helped me not to worry about money and focus on my dog!

We are adapting to a pet with allergies ....She is responding well to monthly Cytopoint injections .... She is able to make it longer during the winter months ..... She is a very smart and happy girl and we are so grateful to be able to have help from you guys to offer her the best possible life .... She is a rescue dog and was found running down the road towards a major highway on a 120 degree day ...... It was as if she was running to us ..... She is attending training sessions and we are hoping she makes it to therapy dog status We are so grateful to be with Nationwide .....

My twelve-week old puppy got sick and I had to run to the vet. I filed a claim online when I came home, and just a few hours later I had the response and information about the check that is going to be mailed. I've never had such fast service! I also called a couple of times previously to ask questions, and each time the person I had on the phone has been wonderful, caring, communicated well and was very precise on the information I received. Everything is going great with Sammy & Nationwide!

This was the first time submitting a claim (or 3) and I was very worried at first about it being denied or taking forever and having to fight with it after all the horror stories I've heard regarding pet insurance, but none of this was the case. Claim was easy to send, paid in a timely manner and eob's/claim progress were easy to follow.

Having this insurance allows me to take the best care of my dogs. Trupanion makes submitting claims easy, and they are processed so quickly too! I would never have a dog without this insurance again!

Been with several companies over time. These folks are the best to deal with! Went for wellness check and shots on Saturday. Uploaded receipt to the website when I got home and received a notice the claim had been processed and was being sent for payment on Sunday! Wow! I work in the pet industry and this is the best one I've found.

After a lot of research I purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my 2 dogs who were both healthy at the time although one had had acl surgery. After purchasing, one of my dogs was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and needs frequent visits to the vet. He also had to have a mass removed and surgery for tearing his other acl. All of this was covered and my reimbursement checks were sent promptly. I could not be happier with the great customer service and benefits! I highly recommend Healthy Paws.
