Emily was great to talk to about my first claim being filed, she answered all of my questions and was very kind. She seemed like she really cared how my pet was doing after her emergency visit. She also walked me through the process of being reimbursed. Overall a great experience!

Very good customer service.
We purchased Healthy Paws insurance for our little girl the day we got her. She has had a few issues of which I had no problem getting reimbursed. When she was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes I had no idea if she would be covered for surgery. Thankfully, Healthy Paws sent me a reimbursement very quickly. What a relief to have insurance for something I didn't even know dogs got. I would recommend them to anyone and have many times.
