Disappointed

I read the policy very closely about pre-existing condition and exceptions related to skin masses. My dod has had a skin mass for years and no symptoms at all but because of the size not the Vet would like to narrow down the extent of the issue. The is therefore not a pre-existing condition because the mass has not been diagnosed, no symptoms have resulted, and information regarding my understanding was confirmed by a customer service person, My Vet and the pre-certification actually outlines this very thing but yet my claim was fully denied. A skin mass that needs removed to determine status (benign or malignant) should be a covered service. I could see if if was found to be cancer because I would not expect any treatment to be covered but a diagnostic procedure??? Come on... really.. not support alt all. What do I have this service for. If this is not corrected I will leave this company all together.

Highly satisfied

Who knew a Great Dane's broken toe could be so expensive? With casts, medictations and finally amputation, one little toe cost a lot! My claims were processed quickly and I was reimbursed as promised. Very satisfied with Embrace.

Very responsive staff, fast claim turnaround.

A little clumsy (on my part) initially. I was submitting a wellness claim and decided to submit additional background info on our shelter pet while I was at it. I wasn't able to indicate that it was merely informational, so Embrace processed the support docs as claims and obviously declined them because they occurred prior to enrollment in our policy. After an exchange of personally written emails the confusion was straightened out, and my wellness claim was ultimately approved. I was impressed with the prompt personal responses I received from the staff, and look forward to working with Embrace in the future.

Good to have !

Easy to file a claim and easy to handle the filing online. Only had one call from ASPCA insurance about the claim. Had 2 calls asking how my dog was doing . Good people there!

I wish I could have Embrace for my insurance!

My dog had surgery for a torn ACL on friday. Needless to say it was quite expensive. On monday I received confirmation that it was covered and check was issued. Amazing turn around. I have nothing but praise for this company. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks for making it so easy for my dogs to get the care they deserve!

I had questions regarding auto pay and I made payments to account through my online bank system. I was referred to my bank to see where payments were sent. I have been ill and unable to get out to bank as of yet. hopefully I can get there in next few days.
