Very easy to submit claims. Email response was timely although I don't believe it provided an estimate of when the reimbursement check would be sent. That would add to the positive experience. Thanks!

Best Insurance for a pet owner.
Ease of filing a claim, customer service the best always courteous, explain questions clearly and very patient. Glad my son suggested getting health insurance, as we were first time pet parents, and they were already familiar as pet owners. The only review we went by came from our son and his wife, and we have had our 3 dogs, 12, 11, and 6 years old insured the same day they came into our home. QyGbC

Love the insurance, sad my premium went up
I love nationwide, but I am sad that my premium almost doubled.

Very quick processing of claims & friendly & knowledgeable agents.
I've been with Nationwide for 2 years, & every time I work with them, they become more quicker & efficient----just when I thought they couldn't be any better! The few times I had to speak with someone at Nationwide, they were always so friendly, caring, & knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to & understand.

Always there when we need them
My dog has a chronic illness and on occasion she has to be hospitalized on an emergency basis. Trupanion acts fast and provides answers quickly. I always feel their decisions are very fair.

Fantastic!
I have been using Nationwide pet insurance for years now. Getting a claim reimbursed has never been an issue, and their coverage is great. I will never have another pet without Nationwide insurance!
