they were very fair
the embrace team sent us a sympathy card for the loss of our fur baby who is deeply missed, and we greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness!! Many thanks to Kiownne, as she was very helpful with submitting an appeal in a timely manner. Embrace is a very fair pet insurance company that expects honesty and integrity from its patrons, and they will reciprocate.

A must have
I have been with this insurance since my dog was a puppy (formerly VPI) and it has more than paid for itself. It’s great to know that whenever I go to the vet that everything is usually always taken care of after my deductible is met.

Need to set up direct deposit
I don't have my check yet. That's my fault. I need to set up direct deposit. It was really fast that the claim was processed. Why can human insurance work like Trupanion do? thank you Trupanion. Penny is all better now.

NW has done what they promised.
We were pleased with this insurance. We have renewed for another and that says the best thing. Claims would have been handled faster if we processed on computer instead of snail mail.
