I’m so glad my husband and I selected Healthy Paws for both our doodles. Our older boy, Cash, is the most playful one and tends to get hurt having fun. Healthy paws always has our dogs’ best interest in mind and has allowed us to give them the best medical care possible. Healthy Paws offer very comprehensive care at a reasonable price and submitting claims is extremely easy. I’m thankful we chose Healthy Paws for our fur babies and that I can care for their medical needs with ease.

Thank god for this pet insurance! We have 4 dogs and as you can imagine, our vet bills are crazy. But thanks to Nationwide, we re-coup most of our money. Submitting claims is super easy the turnaround time is usually within 3 weeks. Insurance is never cheap but we rest easier knowing that in case of an emergency, Nationwide is there to help!

Nationwide has taken any worry about being able to afford changes to my pet's health away. The monthly rate for the peace of mind this insurance provides is such a great value. With the claim of being associated with the ASPCA, I had high hopes for this insurance company. Unfortunately, 90% of my claims have were denied. My dog had an accident and injured his rear knee before coverage. They use that accident to lump most of my additional claims as a preexisting condition because of his knee injury. The dog is sick with a cold, well that is a previous condition, the dog got allergies during the coverage period, you guessed it, that is a preexisting condition. Do not waste your time or money with this insurance company.

Bought healthy paws insurance when my dog was about 6 years old and healthy. Fast forward 2 years, she has a torn ligament in her leg and requires shockwave therapy, a brace, laser therapy, etc... a total "package" of $2500. this was my first claim with healthy paws and I was a bit nervous about them finding some loophole. Next thing I know, I get a variety of checks (and still coming in!) totaling 80% of the total out of pocket costs of her treatments. Could not be happier!

MacDuff was totally listless, not eating, up-chucking, and exhausted from several hours of diarrhea. we visited our regular Vet who, after treating him and tentatively diagnosing him with pancreatitis, recommended the more medically equipped Emergency Vet Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA. Where they confirmed our Vet's diagnosis and kept him overnight, tr=eating him extensively. All of which was way, way beyond our budget, but not beyond our love for him. Thank heavens we had your Trupanion policy. Without you, we could not have afforded to have him treated and feel your financial backing truly saved MacDuff's Life. Thank you, JR and Sharon Arthur
