Nationwide pet insurance has helped me and my dogs needs out so many times. I am so grateful for their services. The reimbursements have been coming back faster and faster. Most of my dogs needs are covered.

Having a great pet insurance ensures I don't hesitate to take my dogs to the vet if anything is wrong. My dogs are my kids and mean the world to me. Nationwide Pet Insurance was wonderful to deal with, easy, efficient and and effective.

Thank you for always being there. Sometimes claims took some time, but there was never an issue. Finding claims was always easy, even for me!

We’ve had several claims that have gone through easily. If I were to change anything, I wish the turnaround time was a little quicker. It does take a couple weeks to get reimbursed. Other than that everything has been great. The apps make it extremely easy to use.

My "major" concern involves the recent price increase in premiums, nearly double for the wellness plan. I was floored by this type of increase. Your reply was that we asked the states for this amount and they approved it. Good for you - but bad for the consumer. In addition, I was told that because my dog was one year older that there was a rate increase, in addition to the large increase. I understand that you are a business with stock holder interest, but if "Nationwide is on your side" is your mantra, you sure failed with this one. Good for the share holders, BAD for pet owners. Imagine the out cry if you raised your human health care insurance as much! Yes, the wellness coverage is the Mercedes Benz of pet coverage, but we are talking about protecting out pets and I would hope that you would show more compassion to pet owners across the board.

Once my deductible was payment.... payments for my claim came with a 2 weeks.... Very easy Fax info and payment received with constant updates on my filing and payments issued..Great Service

Nationwide does a great job in not only processing claims in a timely manner, they do so in a courteous and friendly manner. They show real concern for our pet which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we do tell our friends how great they have been.

I have had nationwide since my dog was a puppy. My golden retriever Has a knack for getting herself into more situations that require a vets attention. Nationwide has always paid the bill no questions asked. You guys r awesome it’s a pleasure dealing with you!!!!
