Long time for nothing
Took a very long time for a ¡§no¡¨ response from the co....and it would have been nice to know why it was refused (although I know it was because of the deductible not having been met).

TruPanion is the best!
Flawless as usual. My vet submitted his invoice online and payment was issued the following day. I only wish all insurance companies were as honest and efficient as TruPanion.
