Amazing company that consistently performs incredibly
I have two German Shepherds that Healthy Paws has insured since they were puppies. I cannot say enough positive things about Healthy Paws. When one of my dogs came down with cancer, Healthy Paws paid for his surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. There was never any problem in receiving reimbursement and they always paid within a few days of receiving my bills. My other dog has back problems, and, again, Healthy Paws stepped up 100%. He receives regular acupuncture treatments which the company promptly reimburses within a few days of submission. I use the electronic submission which makes the whole process incredibly easy. I have recommended Healthy Paws to all of my friends !

Matt was excellent and Very understanding of my frustration with the situation i was dealing with.
Matt was excellent and Very understanding of my frustration with the situation i was dealing with. He said he would make sure to fix it and call me back later in the day which he did exactly that, and even was able To call me back ten min later as i was on the phone with the surgeon re my dog. I cannot even really think of anything that could have improved my customer experience, which i rarely ever feel that way about an experience with a company where i had a real issue. Matt is the kind of person you want to keep as an employee!

Simple and Fast
It was so simple!! I just uploaded my vet bill onto the app. Within a few days the money was deposited in my bank account. The best experience ever!!!

Trupanion has been very helpful and responsive.
Trupanion has been very helpful and responsive. Only sorry that when I friary adopted Max, he was diagnosed. with asthma before the initial month was over, so now none his asthma costs are covered. I couldn’t have waited and let him suffer.
