HELPING US HELP FRANNIE

Frannie just recently has been very sick. We would do what ever it takes to make our animal's comfortable. Thank God we have Nationwide to help with our growing medical needs. We have 4 dog's and one diabetic cat. Thank you

Not likely to refer a friend

Not that likely to refer a friend. Does not seem like any pet bills are being paid because of the high deductible. This is only an emergency type of insurance if something unexpected happens just like car insurance such as the operator said...so far I'm not seeing the benefit of having this insurance.

I'm upset

I'm upset because there seemed to be a glitch in Trupanion's system regarding my monthly payment here I'm thinking my fee of 34.99 a month is coming out of my account and it has not been paid for 2 months. Trupanion should pay these 2 fees of 34.99 for Oct/Sept since you had a glitch it was not my fault that the amounts were not paid . I hope this never happens again.... now because of the glitch, I have to make up the payments for September and October and I'm not very happy about this at all Dustin was fine he was only the messenger. It's upsetting because no one called me from Trupanion to let me know what was happening.

Excellent Service

I am so pleased on how well Nationiwide has treated us. Our little boy has been diagnosed with a serious illness. The Vet bills have been very expensive and we were very worried about how we would be able to afford to pay for the treatment. I will say that Nationwide has been a life saver to our needs and they are very professional about how they handle the claims. I have never once had an issue or a doubt. We were still in shock about how well Pet Insurance with Nationwide has performed. I knew there were policies out there but I had never tried them before. I am fortunate that Nationwide has partnered with my place of employment. Thank you so much Nationwide! We appreciate you!

Claim filing was easy

I have only had the opportunity to file claim toward deductible, not actually having anything paid so I really can t say. The claim filing on line was easy.

Seriously, You Send Me a Survey?

It's hard to believe Nationwide would send me a survey after the way you handled my policy and now will not return the money I put into the policy. You took my payment knowing my pet was older. In addition, prior to taking out the policy, I called NW to see if a pre-existing condition would be a issue and I was told it would not be. Read the reviews on your website, the only good ones are the ones you placed. Nationwide should be ashamed of conducting business in this manner and the only saving grace is a nice class action lawsuit for the way you bilk people out of their money. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to taking out the policy.
