Fast turn around of claim
I am along time user of Nationwide/VPI pet insurance, probably close to 20 years. The insurance coverage has gotten better over the years, and the turn around of claims is much faster. I highly recommend Nationwide pet insurance. One note though, as the policy holder, you have to be diligent in sending in your claims for reimbursement. You can’t recoup your premium payments, if you don’t submit your expenses.

Always willing to help!
Trupanion's rep Jay was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to assist. She even provided additional information that would be helpful when sending payments for future hospital visits. This definitely eases the stress of a pet owner and they can focus on their pets care rather than payment.
