Fast efficient service
My dog Bobby swallowed a small ball. He stopped eating and was vomiting. Took him to 2 vets and they extracted ball endoscopically. When it was all done the total was close to $5000. I put in a claim online and in a few days they paid most of the bill. I am very happy with their fast efficient service!

Love the coverage they provide and the efficiency in responding to claims. We learned the hard way how important it is to have pet insurance after not having it with our first pet, a Rottweiler who developed melanoma. Talk about expensive! After learning of Trupanion from our vet, we did our research and chose the best company. We've had all our fur babies (5 dogs now) insured by Trupanion. The coverage provided for our second Rottie, also diagnosed with cancer, was first-class. Currently, our Pit Bull-Boxer mix is undergoing chemo for lymphoma. We cannot imagine not having the coverage without going to the poor house. The customer service is also helpful, friendly and efficient. I cannot imagine not having pet insurance for any of our fur babies ever again. I recommend Trupanion to anyone who loves their pets and wants to make smart decisions about their finances when it comes to paying for health care for pets. Lest we forget, it's as expensive as it is for 2-legged family members! We love you Trupanion!

My precious Schnauzer has several serious conditions i.
My precious Schnauzer has several serious conditions i.e Diabetes,I never could have afforded taking care of her w/o the help from Trupanion. I would have had to put her down 7 or so years ago. They NEVER - NOT ONCE ever questioned or refused to cover her treatment and for this I am so thankful. I highly recommend Trupanion and thank them from the bottom of my heart!!! Whenever I get the chance to sing their praises.
