Submitting claims is straightforward

I've been with Trupanion for 6 years and never experienced any significant issues with the claims process. Overall the process for submitting claims is very straightforward, and the turnaround time for them processing claims is typically no more than a few days.

Easy to use, good plan

Claim processing has been fairly quick and as expected, in terms of coverage. Billing has been odd during the transition from coverage from my payroll to my personal payment. Extra payments were taken as well as monthly autopayments started. I've been told it will work out by the 12-month period end to not exceed the annual charge.
