Lily went to the doctor.

It did pay a part of the last 2 visits however the premium had a very large increase just as I was going to move my other dog from her insurance. Trupanion is very fast at processing claims and paying benefits.

Trupanion informed us at every step of the surgery for our Lola: the preassessment, what will be covered and will not be covered, and after the surgery the service was efficient and accurate and the emails from Trupanion were caring and informative.
