Good service overall; should cover exams
Website is easy to navigate to submit claims. Claims get reimbursed fast. I felt that I was a bit misled in signing up however. Preventive care and exams are not covered. Pre-existing conditions aren’t either, though I could have sworn the paperwork said they were when I first signed up. If they would cover exams I would rank them 10/10.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind helpful and empathetic.
The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. She patiently answered my somewhat frantic and scattered questions and told me what to expect throughout the process. I'm sorry I don't remember her name because my brain is pudding, but she really was quite wonderful and should probably get a raise or at least a one time bonus or extra day off or something.
