The recent change to Nationwide Insurance has made a world of difference with my claims. The on-line submission is quick and easy, the review and processing is much quicker and the payment is received in a much shorter period of time. As I have two elderly ladies, I appreciate the marvelous difference in claim processing and payment more than you can imagine. Thank you!

Just as we want health insurance for ourselves, it's a very wise choice to make for our pets. It would be a very rare case that a pet goes through life without health issues. My 2 cats only had very minor issues when they were young, but once health problems start, you ABSOLUTELY want to have the pet insurance for them. It's not a smart gamble to just hope your pets don't develop illnesses.

Your representatives are always very helpful and patient. They even brought to my attention an error created by the AI (Artificial Intelligence ) robot last month that hadn't processed my payment and could have been a disaster if I hadn't discovered it. You helped me save my credit rating and my pet insurance just by having A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE call and explain that there was a problem with processing my payment. Thank you Lesa Omara

I am not normally a review person…but sometimes a company goes above and beyond even my expectations and I feel they need to be recognized as such. My last dog had a lot of health issues and 13 years ago dog insurance was not talked about much. This past year I got a new puppy and decided from the get go to get insurance on her. I did my research and Healthy Paws came out on top across the board so I signed her up. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. No one can foresee the future, but it turned out during the first year of my new puppy’s life I would need that insurance time after time.
