My Dog Started Throwing Up His Fo...
My dog started throwing up his food with no warning. He did it twice in one day and I decided to take him to the emergency vet. In the past, my dog has eaten things, like socks, underwear etc. and although he doesn't do that anymore, thought I better get him checked. He was given two x-ray which came up negative for foreign object and they advised it was some type of stomach issue.. We were sent home with meds and had him on a soft diet. He ended up getting better. I sent my claims into PetsBest and it was so easy, like usually to submit my claim. When I have fallen before ( not this time) the customer service was AMAZING and really cared about me and my dog. Thank you PetsBest for being the best experience for our dog insurance. The pic is from Xmas, I didn't have a current one on my home computer. Thank You..

Claims denied or in limbo.
My dog has had vaginitis for the past month or so. It has not responded to antibiotics, so my Vet. recommended a cytology plus a culture and sensitivity. From what I can tell, the claim has been denied and has been labeled as a "Wellness" visit. This was not a Wellness visit - this was to determine why my dog has pus coming out of her vulva. My dog also drops to the ground after short vigorous exercise. Again, not normal that an otherwise healthy 2 year old dog would be exhibiting this behavior. My Vet. sent in a test to determine if she has a condition caused by a defective gene. This claim is either under review or has been denied under the "Wellness" label. I can't tell which because both claims have a date of service of 8-22-17. Neither of the 2 Vet. visits occurred on this date. I'm assuming this is the date the claims were sent in. Every single claim has had an incorrect date of service. This makes it difficult to know which claim is which. I'm starting to get a little stressed out about this because my credit card payment is due. I purchased insurance for my current dog because my last dog cost me a fortune. I am understandably upset that my dog is having all these health issues at 2 years of age, but at least I knew I had the insurance and wouldn't have to worry about how to pay for everything. Now that doesn't seem to be the case. So know I'm going to have to start making phone calls - again. I'm not sure how I feel about Embrace insurance right now. I think I'd still recommend it, but probably not as strongly as before.

Pets Best has been one of the better choices Ive made in my life. Unexpected medical expenses for our pets suck, no matter how prepared you might be, and knowing we can fall back on insurance is so incredibly helpful! Plus their service is super fast and easy! Thank you!!

Everyone should ensure their pet
I have the accidents and injuries insured for my pet. I've had to use this insurance twice since I've had my dog and the amount covered has already surpassed the cost of the insurance. One visit was ingestion of excessive chocolate and the other for a tooth that broke off while my dog was chewing a bone. Each claim was easy to file and processed within a couple of weeks. Your dog may be too young to need illnesses insured, but remember there is a wait period and premiums stay low if you insure your dog early.

Great wellness options & easy claim process
I reviewed many pet insurance carriers and options prior to selecting Embrace. They have a wonderful web site which allows you to select the coverage levels, deductibles, coinsurance levels and options that best fit your situation for both accident/illness insurance and wellness coverage. Claim process is easy and company provides good customer service. They even provide you with an easy customized claim just for your pet after you enroll.

Covered most of the cost of our lab's 2nd ACL tear
After our 5-year-old black lab tore one of his ACLs last year and we paid all of the costs out-of-pocket, we shopped for a pet insurance carrier that would cover the repair of his other ACL should he tear it in the future. ASPCA would cover it after a 12-month waiting period so we purchased the insurance. 15 months later, Jackson tore his other ACL. ASPCA insurance covered the surgery and associated costs up to the incident limit ($2,500) for our policy. So glad we bought the insurance!

Great Speedy service
When my German Shepherd hears thunder, she breaks down barriers to get to where she thinks is a safe place. We have had incidents where she did this when we were not at home and she ripped out her dew claws. Thank goodness for ASPCA Pet Insurance No only do they help pay for the regular checkups but have covered the medical attention necessary after a thunderstorm. The claims are quickly processed and the staff is very friendly and helpful
