Woof! Woof! Woof!
Betty is a very active puppy. She is like the Energizer Bunny!. She was sick when we first got her. She has multiple vet bills. ASPCA pet insurance helped reimbursed us. The process was easy, just scan bill into them, and soon you would get a payment. Great appreciated. Later as Betty is, she broke her front paw. the same process. I even got a call to see how she is. Thank you ASPCA.

Even if you think you'll never need it ..Get it !
Never having had an "incident" for the 7 yrs I have had my adopted Great Dane Claire, I thought I was out of the woods for ever needing treatment. I almost cancelled my policy but then decided to get the highest deductible so I could keep the cost down. After needing spine surgery, Physical therapy and treatment for Nystagmus in an emergency, I realized having insurance with Embrace was well worth it. Soon after submitting my claims I received a check for well over $5,000. No questions asked and very prompt with my payment. You just never know when you are going to need veterinary care...especially for the big stuff !

It's Worth Every Penny
I have been a Healthy Paws customer for a couple years now and have not regretted it at all. I was skeptical to sign up because I'd hear nightmare stories about folks not getting claims reimbursed by other companies. I did my research and decided on Healthy Paws. The process to submit a claim is super easy and their customer service is outstanding and quick. They have implemented direct deposit so I get my reimbursement right in my account. Unfortunately, I have a young dog that is battling cancer and it has been very costly. I've not had to worry about that and just go with what is right for her because I know Healthy Paws will take care of their part. They have covered everything so far that I would expect them to. They are very clear on what is and isn't covered when you are signing up. The only reason I did not give them 10 stars is that sometimes the time it takes to review a claim can exceed a couple weeks. If you are thinking of getting pet insurance, I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great Program
Read the fine print and understand how coverage works - this is insurance for major health problems. Get coverage as soon as you can and stick with it even if your puppy doesn't have any health claims. I have 2 giant breed dogs on Embrace - one for almost 10 years. This group will do whatever it can to help you and your pet. In the world of insurance nowadays - no company is going to make every insured happy, but I can't think of any that get closer to perfect than Embrace.

I Was Able To Take Pictures Of My...
I was able to take pictures of my vet's receipts with my phone at home and upload it to your website. Very simple. I received an E-mail confirming that Pets Best received my claims soon after sending them. A few weeks later I received E -mails detailing your decisions, and when to expect payment. Very easy, low stress process.

Best Dog Insurance Experience
I never had pet insurance, but decided to look into after getting a puppy ( we had a lab previously, but never had insurance ) I did some research and loved the reviews for Pets Best and decided to use them for my dog insurance. My lab was a little crazy with eating things and getting ear infections etc.... So, I have used the insurance several times. Customer service is TOP NOTCH.. They really care about ME as a customer, but more so, my dog.... My dog was in ICU last year from possibly bad dog food that I used because my breeder's deliver was delayed for my normal food. I thought my dog was going to die. Pets Best customer service girl felt so bad and really cared. I can go and on and on about how wonderful they are.. But, I don't give recommendations very easily and if I can help one person with your decision . PETS BEST is the WAY TO GO........

My Dog Started Throwing Up His Fo...
My dog started throwing up his food with no warning. He did it twice in one day and I decided to take him to the emergency vet. In the past, my dog has eaten things, like socks, underwear etc. and although he doesn't do that anymore, thought I better get him checked. He was given two x-ray which came up negative for foreign object and they advised it was some type of stomach issue.. We were sent home with meds and had him on a soft diet. He ended up getting better. I sent my claims into PetsBest and it was so easy, like usually to submit my claim. When I have fallen before ( not this time) the customer service was AMAZING and really cared about me and my dog. Thank you PetsBest for being the best experience for our dog insurance. The pic is from Xmas, I didn't have a current one on my home computer. Thank You..

Claims denied or in limbo.
My dog has had vaginitis for the past month or so. It has not responded to antibiotics, so my Vet. recommended a cytology plus a culture and sensitivity. From what I can tell, the claim has been denied and has been labeled as a "Wellness" visit. This was not a Wellness visit - this was to determine why my dog has pus coming out of her vulva. My dog also drops to the ground after short vigorous exercise. Again, not normal that an otherwise healthy 2 year old dog would be exhibiting this behavior. My Vet. sent in a test to determine if she has a condition caused by a defective gene. This claim is either under review or has been denied under the "Wellness" label. I can't tell which because both claims have a date of service of 8-22-17. Neither of the 2 Vet. visits occurred on this date. I'm assuming this is the date the claims were sent in. Every single claim has had an incorrect date of service. This makes it difficult to know which claim is which. I'm starting to get a little stressed out about this because my credit card payment is due. I purchased insurance for my current dog because my last dog cost me a fortune. I am understandably upset that my dog is having all these health issues at 2 years of age, but at least I knew I had the insurance and wouldn't have to worry about how to pay for everything. Now that doesn't seem to be the case. So know I'm going to have to start making phone calls - again. I'm not sure how I feel about Embrace insurance right now. I think I'd still recommend it, but probably not as strongly as before.

I LOVE PETSBEST!
Pets Best has been one of the better choices Ive made in my life. Unexpected medical expenses for our pets suck, no matter how prepared you might be, and knowing we can fall back on insurance is so incredibly helpful! Plus their service is super fast and easy! Thank you!!
