I've unfortunately had to file a couple of claims for my very rambunctious doberman. Filing was simple through the VitusVet app and I received my reimbursements within 48 hours via electronic payment/direct deposit.

This insurance is complete scam
This insurance is a complete scam. I have been with this company for 3 years and very little claims been reimbursed. Customer service lies over the phone telling the claims will be reimbursed, but when I submit I get grand zero. Moreover, every yeary insurance fee go up 50%!!!! I have full intention to stop this scam.

Worth the money
One of our cats tends to get sick more often and it always ends up being a high cost. We looked into getting pet insurance and ASPCA seemed like the fit for what we wanted. We’ve been using them for a little under a year and it’s always a breeze to file a claim or to get in contact with their customer service. Truly worth the money.

Thank You!! Best Monthly Payments I've ever made!!
People laugh when I say I have Insurance for my dog. I am so glad I do. It's well worth it and a huge comfort. Finn has had his policy since he was 8 weeks old and will continue to have it.
