Trupanion responds quickly to claims
I've told all my friends who have pets about Trupanion. I like how Trupanion responds quickly to claims and the turnaround on the payment is extraordinary

I have all my dogs insured with Nationwide and I REALLY REALLY recommend this company over any of them, I HAVE done my homework!
My Zeus had major surgery and it cost a lot, first time having to use the insurance for a emergency and I was very very happy on how much they covered, let alone the routine visits

I have recommended this company to several friends.
I have recommended this company to several friends. I have always been satisfied with their service and, with my dogs health issues, I have been able to go the whole distance to keep her alive. She has diabetes, had her gallbladder removed, and, most recently, had a brain tumor removed. I think most people would have given up on her a long time ago but this insurance has made it affordable to get the services needed to keep her with me.

I am grateful for Nationwide's coverage, I just wish we received reimbursement quicker.
I am so thankful to have such comprehensive coverage for our puppy, Juneau. Nationwide reimburses ALMOST all of what we pay for our puppy's care, however, it does take quite a bit of time to receive the reimbursement. I appreciate how simple it is to submit claims, and forward medical records. Also - every representative I have spoken with on the phone is very kind and helpful.

AWESOME
Luna is still on the mend and we are still trying to get her to use her left leg. She tries to put pressure on it but she's afraid so I feel she will do it on her time. NATIONWIDE IS AWESOME and thank you for all your help. This October I'm putting my other dog Xena on this insurance and I can't wait. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND THINKING OF MY PRECIOUS LUNA! :)

Easy and fairly quick to pay
I have been very impressed with Nationwide Pet Insurance. They are easy to deal with and fairly quick to reimburse me for my payments to the vet. I have the Whole Pet wellness policy. The only disappointment is that they don't help pay for supplements but they have taken care of about everything else!

pay claim faster!
i have had this insurance for all my dogs since 2006. its easier to submit the claims but it seems to be taking longer for them to be processed. also i have the direct deposit thru Chase but thats another 3 days! originally things were processed with 10 days.
