Get Trupanion when you get a new pet!
I have recommended Trupanion to several friends and family members when they got new pets. I strongly recommended they not wait! Our pug had preexisting conditions that have been the most expensive over the many years we've had him. The coverage certainly helps with some meds for conditions he developed after we took out our trupanion policy.

Super nice customer service
Jordan (from Tacoma) was extremely helpful and friendly! He explained the details of the plan to me & was very excited and interested in my puppy and how he’s adjusting in our new home.

Quick and easy signup, with throughly explained benefits
Everything was very intuitive and simple. I was able to adjust my deductible easily and change my premium. The benefits were thoroughly explained, and separate coverages were broken out into logical components.
I have a good friend that works for Trupanion, and she sent me a link where it was quick to create a quote for my cat, so that sped things up.
