I've only had my two dogs insured through Embrace since 2016, and had not reached the high deductible I chose, until this year, for one dog. He has a torn ligament, for which vets recommended fairly expensive surgery. He also has arthritis, for which he's receiving expensive shots. Embrace has notified me promptly when they receive a claim, and again shortly after, when they make a determination. They've also responded promptly, efficiently, cheerfully, yet with empathetic encouragement to my questions. They have exceeded my expectations and confirmed my initial judgement that Embrace was the best pet insurance option for me.

I would recommend this company to other dog owners. The insurance covered a large portion of my dog's teeth cleaning and several sick visits as well. Definitely worth it!

So glad I bought insurance, knowing the breed has issues, but love m th dogue, want another, and will buy coverage again

The time it takes to process claims are very inconsistent. I will have one claim that will be processed & approved with 1-2 days and then there are claims can take 3-4 weeks to process. Customer service are very slow in responding to inquiries via email

Submitting the claim was easy. I was contacted by email and it was very informative as to what would happen next. The whole process was excellent

My dog has a liver problem and Pets Best Insurance took care of his surgeries, medications and follow-ups. I was COMPLETELY ASTONISHED at how much they covered and the auto deposit made it so easy to get the money back fast!!!!! It was approx $4,000.00!!!! Couldn't ask for anything better!!!

I believe it is prudent to have medical insurance coverage for our pets, as they experience health issues that require veterinarian care and expertise. By having health insurance for my dogs, it makes the decision to seek medical attention not an issue.

I would never take on the responsibility of owning a pet without making sure they are covered from head to tail with the greatest pet insurance.
