Trupanion has never let me down. The very few times my dog has gotten sick or injured they have helped significantly. For me this insurance is worth every penny because it gives me peace of mind that my dog can get the care he needs without it being a huge financial burden on me. I would much rather a small fee each month than be faced with a multi thousand dollar vet bill due all at once with no help. Thanks Trupanion :-)

Never been reimbursed, the vets or at least the ones I’ve been to would bill them directly, my regular one doesn’t, and the emergancy vet I had to go to didn’t. I don’t know about others. So I had to pay out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement. It was a very large Bill, and quite a hit during the holidays. However, when I called to get reimbursement paperwork sent to me, which could take 3-4 weeks because of covid, I was so impressed with KATIE on the phone and her compassion, she was so sweet and helpful and she used my dogs name. I thought that was a special touch.

I did a lot of research on pet insurance before deciding on Embrace. I recommend it to everyone! You couldn't find better and more cheerful customer service. They provide lots of different options for coverage. You can create your own plan. I have 3 cats and each has a different plan. Our older cat, for example, has no diseases or any signs of poor health. But adopting a kitten from a rescue shelter, you just never know, so I got more insurance for him.

my fault for waiting the 2 day trial period so I lost out on some waiting periods and discount i know my fault so I still continued with you guys. As a first time puppy owner I really wanted to make right decision so it took longer than two days for me anyway. The two people I did talk to did answer all my questions and very very friendly and kind thanks for that. DD

I like how quick the claims are looked at and approved. I wish the website (portal) was easier to navigate, though. I have to click many times to find out the left over deductible amount. Wish that was just one click away.

My dog is diabetic and also needs liver medications to try to normalize his liver test scores. These conditions require that I get frequent delivery of vetsulin, syringes, and Denamarin(liver med). I am able to send an email after a couple of months with the paid invoices to Trupanion who inputs the claims, assesses the claims, and pays the claims. It is a very smooth process and I appreciate the speed and accuracy with which my claims are handled and paid.

Very pleasant phone service but we are new to Trupanion. Expense is an issue but as stated we have not used services as yet.
