When I called to find out about my monthly rate Cheryl was very informative. She explained how the monthly rates are calculated. She was polite and courteous in explaining what would occur if I increased my deductibles as well. I felt as though she truly cared about my pup and that this was not just a business choice. I recommend it to everyone..
They have been so helpful when it comes to getting the care my dogs need! I have one dog on allergy meds, who has had a ACL surgery, and was recently hospitalized. It would be impossible to manage if I did not have Healthy Paws.
