I really thought it would pay a little more on my pets last visit ( like for part of his medications)
My pet just started to get allergies this year and has to take medication, which I guess it's not covered by the insurance. This really upsets me! Medications should be covered, in my opinion!

Nationwide has helped me to provide the care that may dog needs to live his best life. Claims are paid filed in a timely manner by me and paid in a very reasonable amount of time by Nationwide. I'm impressed with the coverage and how much it helps me to properly take care of my best bud!

Claim going on 5 weeks
We’ve had a claim open for almost 5 weeks now. It’s for a condition they’ve already approved a claim for so there’s no reason it should take this long. I have no faith at all that they would pay out in a timely manner if we ever needed them to. Go elsewhere. When I’ve inquired about my claim status they send a stock reply saying their claims department is busy.

Extremely happy
Pets Best tells me as soon as I load the claim approximately how long it will take to process (within days). I also receive an e-mail confirmation that the claim has been received. I'm notified as soon as the claim is resolved as well. I've been extremely happy with Pets Best!
