Filed my first claim after having insurance through you got several months.
Filed my first claim after having insurance through you got several months. Apparently my claim was denied because of a 'œpre existing illness' that was not pre existing. The claims department is unaware the pancreas and colon are two different organs. My dogs condition was not pre existing. I established that with our vet during the exam.

Wish all my insurance claims were this easy...
I am so pleased with Nationwide's Pet Insurance, particularly the mobile app! My claims are processed within 1-2 days and the money is on the way to the bank! I've got Nationwide Pet Insurance on both my schnauzers -- a breed that tends to have a lot of tummy issues. If I was paying their total vet bill out of pocket, I wouldn't be able to afford to keep them both. It's a real relief when I take them to the clinic for an emergency, knowing that I don't really have to worry about how much it's going to cost to get my little ones well again. Great job, Nationwide!
