Thank you so much for doing the extra review of Tigger's claim for dental work. We bought the policy for him when my mother-in-law got him but she was ill and didn't follow her vet's instructions to get his teeth cleaned. We weren't aware of this and since she has passed he is living with us so we took him to get his teeth cleaned. He had to have extensive work done and you had originally only covered a very small portion since his early vet had suggested the cleaning and it hadn't been done. After speaking with your representative and explaining the situation you reviewed the claim again and paid most of the cost. We are very grateful for this care and really appreciate your consideration. We have a policy with you for our other Yorkie and will always have policies with your company.
