I've only used the insurance for well visits. It has been great so far. Refunds have been transferred in a timely manner.

Highly recommend the pet insurance policy that ASPCA offers for your pets. ASPCA has been remarkable for us during our time dealing with an illness that my rat terrier had occurred. ASPCA has been very helpful and understanding in helping get her claims paid quickly. Again I would highly recommend the pet insurance policy for anyone that love their pets as much as we love ours. Our 2 1/2 year old golden retriever LOVES to retrieve. She is very intense when retrieving; which usually isn't a bad thing. Until one evening she was so intense that she cut her foot on our wooden deck pushing off to retrieve her dummy. Unfortunately, she spent roughly 8-10 days in the hospital, had stitches 2 separate occasions, and medication to prevent infection. Because we had Nationwide Insurance, 90% of our cost was reimbursed in a very timely manner. We LOVE our friends at Nationwide!!

Great service & prompt

My puppy was diagnosed with severe, congenital hip problems requiring major reconstructive surgery. ASPCA helped me to file an estimate for treatment and then processed my final claim within only two days covering our agreed upon 90% of costs. They then followed-up a few weeks later to insure all was well. I couldn't be happier with their coverage and have peace-of-mind knowing I am protected against unforeseen medical issues. I'd recommend their coverage to all who qualify.

My Shorkie had major hip reconstruction at only 8 months old. Needless to say I was very happy I had decided to insure her. I feared a large claim would become very complicated but I couldn't have been more wrong. I submitted a preliminary, Itemized estimate from my vet followed by the final itemized invoice and received my claim money within a week. In the meantime, my dog has fully recovered and has taken over our home as if nothing ever happened. I couldn't be happier with ASPCA and would recommend their insurance program without reservation.

A few weeks ago I was brushing Grace my Golden Retriever, I felt a lump on her chest. On Monday I had her at the vets and it was determined surgery was the best option. On Friday they removed the lump and felt the biopsy would not be in her favor. As it turned out it was cancer. Because I had made the decision to purchase health insurance for Grace I was able to focus on her care and make choices on her behalf without the worry of how was I going to pay. The policy I have on Gracie cover most of the testing and surgery. Grace continues to be monitored she is doing well I just cannot stress enough my gratitude for the care ASPCA insurance has shown me and Grace several times they have called to see how she is doing.
