Very Pleased with Service

Was hoping to never have to use my pet insurance for anything other than preventive exams but unfortunately, I got tossed a curve. Lexi successfully got through surgery and is healing! I am grateful for this insurance. It has made caring for Lexi much less stressful. The ease to submitting claims and the quick turnaround times on claim payment has been wonderful. Glad to have Nationwide!

Taking care of our dying dog

Our White West Highland Terrier Scout was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her skull (eye orbit specifically), which has meant countless visits to the vet, mainly for care to reduce her suffering and to allow her to live the last months of her life as a mostly normal dog. Our Nationwide coverage has allowed us to get the best care for her, which we otherwise would have been unable to provide. Likely, we would have had to put Scout down far earlier due to discomfort. We are endlessly happy that we invested in pet insurance through Nationwide. Thank you!

ASPCA provides great customer service and easy claim submission for our dog

We've had ASPCA coverage for 2+ years since adopting a labrador retriever. Chuck's proven to be quite a handful, and ASPCA has been crucial in helping us keep Chuck healthy without breaking the bank. ASPCA's claims submission process is straightforward and easy to manage, and they approve claims very quickly. We've never had any issues with denied or disputed coverage. And anytime Chuck has had an issue, they make sure to call and check that he's doing okay. ASPCA has earned our trust and our continued business.

Nationwide... yeah, it’s worth it!

So far my experience has been phenomenal! I have even recommended several people to Nationwide and they signed up. I wish their was a more simple way to submit a claim.

Great Insurance, Love the Vet Helpline, Minor Challenges with Employer Deductions but Think that is on the Employer

Great Insurance, Love the Vet Helpline - super helpful and useful, Minor Challenges with Employer Deductions but think that is on the employers end and not nation wide's end. Would love to be able to get an emailed version of my statement and account info (especially so I can send it to my employer and make sure they settle it after they've been deducting the money from my paycheck). I just switched jobs and want to continue my insurance but first need to have my employer settle my past due bill.
