I am so greatful to have such reliable coverage for Gizmo. I wish I never had to use the coverage, but it gives such peace of mind knowing he is covered when unexpected illness arises.

Pets Best has seen us through multiple health issues with our 2 Maltese - 1 developed a heart condition at age 11 and lived to age 14 - 1/2 and the other developed cancer at age 11 and is still alive today at age 15!! I just cancelled our policy since we are focusing on her comfort care now rather than any more major medical treatments but HIGHLY recommend Pets Best to anyone with a furry child!

I thought I was done crying. Apparently I was wrong. My dear Truman died on July 31 ... in spite of the best efforts by the best doctors to save him. The cost for his treatment would likely have bankrupted me or at least thrown me into a serious financial turmoil. Thanks to Trupanion, though I did not get the outcome that I wished, at least in getting him the best possible care and giving him the best possible chance, I was not also putting myself in harm s way. Thank you, Trupanion. You made an otherwise horrific situation at least a touch less difficult.

Great to have piece of mind.
Our pet developed an infection in his eye on the weekend, I contacted the 24/7 on line vet available as a benifit through our insurance. The doctor gave me advice based on the symptoms I provided, she was very professional and compassionate. I even received a follow up call from the online veterinarian today to see how our pet was and to see if we had additional questions.
