Fetch has always gone above and beyond in both customer service and policy coverage. We have used them since we first got a dog in 2016, and I am so excited to use them for every pet ever owned. Cannot recommend enough!

A scam
They do not want to help cover your pet. They always find a way to not pay the 90% and leave you with a minimal amount of coverage about 20%. Also they pretend to not receive emails day of surgery so they don’t have to pay directly. Too many loop holes and the people on the phone are snide. They don’t care about your pet. Phony

The Best of Them All
I have tried three different insurance companies. Two were a disaster (Especially ASPCA). Healthy Paws is amazing. The claims are processed quickly, when there are questions they are fair and professional and I feel like they have the welfare of me and my boys at heart. nThe first company we tried we fought with constantly, they went out of their way to connect procedures to re-existing conditions. Health Paws has been helpful and fair. They're clearly the best.
