Better than human health insurance
I have recommended Trupanion to at least 5 people. The one-time deductible and commitment to paying 90% is better than most human health insurance.

The claims process takes well over a month and it used tobe3-5 days.
For what my insurance costs per month, the claims could be handled faster like before. This is my only complaint.

They have saved my dog - and I - more than once!
I am so grateful for this insurance company and the coverage they've provided to us since I adopted my dog in September 2017. Since then, she's been through heartworm treatment, then developed digestive issues that have turned out to be inflammatory bowel disease. Because of our policy, I have never had to worry about getting emergency care or tests/lab work done on my baby. I recommend this to all pets parent's I meet.

Quick and easy claim turnovers
FIGO has always treated us with kindness and respect. Claims are very easy to submit. Our first claim took approximately a week to 10 days for reimbursement. Every claim thereafter took no more than 48 hours for reimbursement. Amazing! Thank you FIGO. We recommend FIGO to all of our friends and acquaintances.

Efficient, easy
ASPCA insurance was great. The entire claim process took only 5 days from submission until I was reimbursed. I didn’t have to talk to anyone, it was all done online. Someone even called 2 weeks later to make sure my dog was okay.
