We have used Pets Best for appx. 5 years for both of our dogs. We have had numerous claims. Web site for uploading claims is outstanding. Easy and reliable. Response was always timely and reasonable. Customer service for issues and questions once again is outstanding. Impressive company. Highly recommended.

These people are...amazing. I've had them for about 2.5 years, and I've NEVER had a complaint. Mostly, I've used them for stomach worms (I live in the middle of NOWHERE), but last week, I had to use them for real. I was in town, and I was walking my pitt (who is a sweetheart) and my terrier mix (who is a jackwagon), and a pitt slipped underneath his fence, and attacked us. My pitt isn't a fighter, but after I got a bite on my leg, he went nuts. He won the fight, but it's still sad. He got screwed up pretty good. I had to shell out serious cash to get him taken care of (we're talking 4 grand worth of work), but my claim was processed in 3 days, and I got the check 5 business days after filing. Chose Healthy Paws. You'll be glad you did.

Anytime a claim was submitted I received an email that Trupanion was processing it, and I would have a check within two weeks. My precious little kitty was doing well with fluids, etc but then a kidney stone moved and there was nothing the internal specialist could do to save her. Shortly after the last claim was processed, I received a sympathy card from Trupanion. That was unexpected from a large company, but says a lot about their commitment to doing as much as possible to help pets and pet parents. I have recommended this insurance to every friend who shares their life with a pet.

I had worked with another company only to be given the "run around"; tried to get payments from them which were totally justified. No response, just took our monthly fees. Now they are in trouble with the State of Michigan Insurance system for this. The opposite experience with Embrace, recommended by USAA. Courteous, pleasant and pays on time. Great! 4 stars!

I have been amazed at the efficiency and and service standards of Embrace. All of my claims have been handled in a timely manner. Communication with the company has been courteous and professional. I've told everyone about Embrace; our veterinarian asked me for information about Embrace so she could pass that on to other patients inquiring about pet insurance; "Always good to have a first hand testimonial", she said. We have had insurance on our Anatolian for about 2-3 years now and he had a traumatic injury that has turned out really but we thank Hartville every day for their prompt response and payment which really relieves us. Service is MUCH better now that you can submit online for claims and track easily. Much needed and we are all appreciative.
