Our dog had a really bad break in his leg in an accident that required surgery and with this incident, then one our cats, Nunchuck, got really sick for two weeks refusing to eat and vomiting. It was a really stressful experience. We've had PetsBest for 3 or 4 years now, and this year it absolutely saved us from financial hardship. If we had to pay both of these expenses out of pocket, there's no way we would have afforded it and would have maybe had to sacrifice care for money. PetsBest gave us a peace of mind that the financial side would be taken care of. They are our babies. We love them just as much as anything, thus we protect them with PetsBest. Filing a claim is so easy with Pets Best. Just go to my online account, describe the reason for my claim, upload my receipts, and done! I am then notified by email that my claim was submitted and received and notified as it moves along. It is very quick to get a final response and then my reimbursement is directly deposited to my checking account. Love this easy process.

Embrace insurance continues to be wonderful by paying for all my dogs medical needs. My one dog has had I issues from a genetic condition that has gone on now for five years and they continue to be supportive and reimburse me for my vet bills. My dog would probably be blind now if I did not have insurance. Thank you Embrace because of you my dog still sees.

Embrace Pet Insurance is the first and only pet insurance company we have had the pleasure of dealing with for our 2 pets since they were pups. Yes, for the first 12 years we have had few claims and never met the deductible, but we knew the coverage was there in case the charges escalate out of affordability. Now for the first time we have had to turn in a few claims that were over our deductible and the Embrace staff is quick to turn-around the review of the claims and fast payment. Wide range of coverage options based on what you want to spend. We have $600 deductible and 20% co-pay. If you have any questions Embrace staff would be happy to answer them as they did for me and the explanation is easy to understand. I will stay with Embrace and I advise you to as well.

A better explanation for the claim reimbursement would have been nice. Also, the length of the narrative we can provide for initial claim details should a little longer!
