Claims take too long to process. When reimbursement actually arrives, it is not accompanied by a copy of the original claim submission. I don't understand why this is your practice.

Very easy to submit claims and understand what is covered or not

Im very pleased with the coverage and also the peace of mind it brings knowing our dogs and cat are covered should we have emergency health issues.

Very easy to submit a claim and you get immediate notification it has been received. The time for review has lengthened with the new owners. The notification is as clear as it was before however once you receive it.

I have two rescue pups that I have insured with Pets Best; by the way the first pet insurance company I have ever used. I had done my due diligence in finding the right policy and price for my needs and decided on Pets Best. I am so glad I enrolled with Pets Best. As luck would have it, I had to submit claims for both of my pups. The submission was easy and communication with Pets Best's customer service representatives was pleasant and thorough. Pets Best paid per the terms of the agreement of coverage. My pups have better insurance than I do! Pets Best has a customer for as long as I have fur babies. I would have rated them 10 "paws"; but then what would they have to strive for...:)!

My first claim was taken care of very quickly. I am in the process of putting in another claim and Trupanion emailed me with in a few days. I'm very happy with my choice. Customer service is very friendly and eager to help with any problems.

Great insurance- the app makes submitting requests easy. Customer service is amazing & I always get a quick response w questions.
