Great company- speedy claims processing!
After the horrible medical problems with my last dog, I decided I needed to look into pet insurance to help with medical expenses. I chose PetsBest due to a recommendation from my Vet- Loomis Basin Vet. Within the first year, my dog had surgery, and now is having seizures. In order to give her the best care I can, Petsbest is making the expenses so much more manageable.
I highly recommend them! It's worth the monthly expense, and its paid for itself.

Great communications
I was very happy with the way my very first claim was handled. One of the best features was how the company communicated with me letting me know they received it and was working on it, then that the check would be mailed. Also I appreciated the little time it took to process my claim. Thank you

Saved Us
My American Bull dog (2yrs old) has had a number of health issues and I honestly don't think we could have saved her if we did not have this insurance. Thank you ASPCA!!!

Saving Dottie Rose
Dottie Rose is a six year old pit mix dog. She had suddenly became lame in her rear leg. After going to three different vets, she was diagnosed with a torn CCL which requires surgery to repair. Because of her breed and age,the surgeons recommended that Dottie have a TPLO operation which is the most expensive option available to correct her lame condition. Without ASPCA Pet Health Insurance we would not be able to afford such an expensive procedure. The doctors felt that any other procedure would be less effective given her activity level and type of breed. I am very grateful for the quick response of ASPCA Insurance in helping Dottie and me get through this very long and trying experience.Thank you guys at ASPCA for being there when we needed you most.

Too many stipulations
One thing after the other with Pet Secure as to why they cannot pay the entire claim. I have not even been with them a year, and they have decreased coverages on one of my cats because I have made 3 claims with them since I received insurance, so now my cat is high risk, and will only cover 70% I am in the midst of switching insuance plans now, I think its disgusting how companies can "change their mind" on their own contract of rules. I would not recomend Pet Secure to ANYONE

Great Wellness Plan!
Embrace recently added a wellness plan that is fantastic! My dog, Eddie, recently went in for his annual physical where he was tested for heartworm and also issued a year's worth of the heartworm preventative. I faxed in the claim sheet the next day and 2 business days later the money was automatically deposited in my checking account. I was also emailed several times throughout the process making me aware of what stage my claim was in and when I could expect my reimbursment. Couldn't ask for a more seamless, speedy, efficient process than that! I can only hope that I will never have to use the insurance for anything other that wellness, but if need be, I know Embrace will take care of both Eddie and I. Thanks for being such a great company and giving me a great peace of mind!

Fantastic experience
Thank God I have had only one experience with a claim but I received excellent service and the reimbursement was very fast. Sure, it would be great if the premiums were less and if they paid more than 80% but this is the real world. It is very comforting to know that if I ever have to file another claim I will have the comfort of knowing that this company stands behind their promises. Having a sick pet is more than enough torment; one shouldn't have more heaped on by one's insurer.

Eye Injuries
I've had great experiences with AKC Pet Healthcare. I have the Essential Plus Plan. I like the $125 yearly deductible. My English Bulldog had two separate eye injuries and they paid everything, less my deductibles. They also pay for her continued eye checkups and medicine related to that incident. I've never had a problem not receiving documents from them. It takes about a month from the time I submit to receive reimbursement.

Excellent Pet Insurance, Caring Staff
We adopted Bella from our local animal shelter when she was 4 months old. She LOVED chewing on rawhide (which was a nice alternative to my shoes...), and when I tried a new brand that had a chicken flavoring, she gobbled it up! Unfortunately, the chew did not digest properly, and she developed an extremely serious case of pancreatitis that landed her overnight in the emergency room, with 2 more half day follow up stays at our vet. The entire procedure was quite costly, but happily our insurance covered about 50%. The ASPCA staff was very helpful in assisting me with filling out the paperwork, and answering my questions, and the entire claim was paid off in a matter of a few weeks. Veteranary care, as I've discovered, can be very expensive. I'm so glad that my Dad talked me into enrolling in a pet health insurance policy for our pets. His dogs were too old to be eligible for insurance when they developed ongoing conditions that continue to be very costly. I now have insurance for both of my pets. Thankfully Max, our other dog, has been very healthy, but I have peace of mind knowing that both Bella and Max are covered, and that we belong to such a caring pet health care plan. I recommend ASPCA highly.
