Precious help to take care of our puppies. One of our dogs has been diagnosed as suffering from heart disease (mild degenerative mitral valve disease) and our insurance helps us a lot to take care of him.

Stella, an 8 year old English Springer Spaniel, developed a mass at the base of her tail by her anus. Vet excised mass, had it checked, and thank goodness it was not malignant. Also, two years ago, Stella tore her ACL in her right knee, which required surgical repair. Embrace paid 90% of both of these procedures. My Ragdog cat has come up with chronic cystitis, which requires prescription medicines and going forward fairly frequent checkups to make sure his prescribed medicine is doing the job. Each and every time I have called customer service, everyone I talked with is more than helpful and has assured me my claims are covered. To me, it's a comfort knowing I have this insurance.

The filing process was very simple and I received my check about a week later. They even have the option to link your bank account so you have direct deposit. You never know what is going to happen to your pet when you are picking out that adorable puppy!! We also bought the wellness insurance also which pays for itself every year when you go in for your yearly wellness check. Fergie has had some serious health issues and Embrace has been there for us through it all. They are quick on claims and keep you updated as your claim comes in. You have choices to sign up for-and we have never had a problem with submitting our claims-they are taken care of as soon as we fax them in. To our complete surprise and dismay, our 6 month old puppy was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia and needed total hip replacement surgery. Embrace has been great from his initial diagnosis through his surgery and recovery! The majority of our claims have been paid with minimal out of pocket money.
