The best pet insurance around!
I had investigated pet insurance for years. Spoken with people who had it, talked to vets who had information from their patients etc. and had never purchased it because of all the negative feedback and disgruntled people. When we got a new pup though I decided to begin again with my research. I was surfing the web reading reviews and when I stumbled upon Embrace I was oh so impressed with what people who had this insurance had to say. I can honestly say that I have been overwhelmingly pleased with my experience in every way. Their customer service is polite and caring, their responses quick, their payment of claims quick and easy. I couldn't be more pleased and I tell people (and my vets) about Embrace every chance I get.

Recommend ASPCA insurance
Since our golden was getting up there in age (8) - we decided to be proactive and get this ASPCA insurance that was recommended by our vet. It worked out well for us, as he did have a few issues this last year and ASPCA was very good about accepting the claims and paying on them. They did not pay the full amount - but a good portion. Hopefully none is needed for this next year - but we are covered and ready just in case.

So Far Great Service
I decided to purchase insurance for my new puppy to ensure we would not run into high costs associated with a full breed dog. So far, the claims office has been extremely helpful and timely in responding to all claims and submissions. They even reminded me to send the orthopaedic form, as I did not understand that was necessary. I read other reviews online in order to choose the best company, and so far I am very pleased.

so far, so good =)
I just switched to Embrace last February for my almost 4 y/o pug.
I must say their notification process are very good. They email you to confirm receipt of claims and results of claims so you dont have to wonder whatever happened to it. You can also submit claim via email which is very very convenient instead of mailing it or faxing it.
They give you really good reminders. If they didnt remind me of that orthopedic exam to waive the waiting period from 6 months to the date of the exam, I wouldn't have been able to do it and have to wait for that 6 months period.
Their claim response was really fast! I emailed my claims on Sunday, got response by Monday, and got an email Tuesday saying my refund is in the mail!!!
The customer reps are also very friendly and very accommodating.
I hope they keep this up!

Best of the best!
Making the decision to switch from my previous pet insurance to Embrace has been THE BEST decision I've made for my furry babies! Having twin Shepherds means double the expense on routine shots...opting for the wellness package was SUCH a smart choice! Instead of being out all the money at once, I pay the manageable premium each month and was reimbursed almost half of this round of shots and checkups. For any of you on the fence about health insurance for your dog...please don't delay...and please don't look anywhere else. The staff at Embrace are genuinely in this for the animals and you won't find that ANYWHERE else!!!

Excellent Support and Response
We had just signed up with Embrace when our puppy (Maltipoo) contracted an infection. While it took some time to get his paperwork over to Embrace due to mail and email issues, everyone at the company was fantastic to speak to and to work with. Embrace's followup was excellent (better than the followup with my 'human' medical insurance company) and the coverage provided was very fair. My wife and I have been very pleased by Embrace's care and support. We were with another pet insurance company for another dog who recently passed away, and we weren't happy with them. We did a lot of research before we signed up with Embrace and we are very pleased with our decision and the company. Embrace has been fantastic.

The right choice!
I researched several pet insurance companies before finally deciding on Embrace. I found their options and pricing to be very competetive, and if you take the time to read the fine print for all of the companies, you will find that Embrace definitely has the best overall coverage. After the loss of our oldest, and dearest, cat (and the thousands of dollars in emergency vet bills we paid before we lost him) we decided that pet insurance was the right choice for our new kitten. We did not ever want to have to worry about how we would pay for the care he needed if he got sick. So far, our kitten has been to the vet twice for illnesses, and both times Embrace approved the total amount for every covered expense. The Embrace staff has been very prompt in their responses to my claims, and they are always very professional and courteous in thier communications. I am very happy that I decided to choose Embrace, and I would recommend them to any pet owner!

Great Pet Insurance
I have coverage for my golden retriever, Honey, and have taken advantage of the Embrace Wellness Plan as well. They are very responsive and the customer service is top notch. They even promptly communicate via email, which is what I prefer. It took less then 3 week for them to process a claim and get a check to me. It would have been quicker if I had taken advantage of the direct deposit feature, which I will do next time. Overall, this is a great insurance company and one I have had an excellent experience with thus far.
